LATE CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We understand that life happens! However, to ensure we can provide the best service for all our furry clients, we kindly ask for the following:

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% charge of the grooming fee.

NO-SHOW POLICY

 

  • If an appointment is missed without prior notice, the full grooming fee will apply.

REPEATED CANCELLTIONS OR NO-SHOWS

 

  • To keep our schedule running smoothly, we may require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments after multiple cancellations or no-shows.
